Nurses may feel insecure when it comes to taking care of another nurse. Let’s consider a recent post by an anonymous nurse where she shares how nervous she becomes whenever she’s told to look after another nurse.

The nurse states that she has been a nurse for more than eight years yet she doesn’t understand why she gets so uncomfortable and ends up feeling anxious when she is told to take care of another nurse. She says “I feel as though they are criticizing my every move and they know if I am not doing something right.”

She wonders if this feeling stops as she gains more experience, but eight years of experience is sufficient, don’t you think so?
